We’re stoked that the New York Times got it right this time and GO ON, CHEF CHLOE! She’s all, “vegan food is delicious and I’m amazing,” and we’re all, WE AGREE!!!

This girl is the bomb: she kicked all sorts of ass on Cupcake Wars, and makes us continuously happy with all the vegan deliciousness she spreads around town. Seriously, we are in love. We want to marry her, Robin Robertson, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Allison Rivers Samson, and Terry Hope Romero (and probably 50 other awesome vegan chefs) in the first-ever polygamous marriage between a cartoon dinosaur and humans. Move over Chelsea Clinton, It’ll be the wedding of the century! AND CAN YOU IMAGINE THE FOOD?! It’ll almost make up for the creepiness!
