From her headquarters in NYC, I spoke to Vanessa about how her company came to be, and how the chocolate is made. Look for part 2 to come very soon!
I was able to sample three flavors of Gnosis: simplicity, superfood, and pomegranate açai. They were all really good. If you’re a hardcore, 70-percent-cacao-and-up kind of chocolate person, I would recommend simplicity. If you like sweet, then pomegranate açai—which Vanessa told me was the most popular flavor—and if your preference falls in between, then superfood. She has a whole variety of flavors, so even the pickiest person can find something.
