There’s something truly ass-backwards about the fact that the vaccine for swine flu (which most likely originated on a factory farm) is being manufactured using 1.2 billion chicken eggs.

There are entire chicken farms in the U.S. and around the world dedicated to producing eggs for the purpose of incubating influenza viruses for use in vaccines.

Let’s all think about this for a moment.
