This creamy-ass dip is composed almost entirely of hearts of palm, garlic, and cilantro WHAAAAT?! Blogging Over Thyme has really done it this time! I’m always impressed with the ingenuity of food bloggers, however I do have a new working theory about them. I think they just stand in the kitchen all day, throwing ingredients into a VitaMix, and like, once in awhile will stumble upon a glorious combination. I’m sure this recipe started as peanut butter, mayonnaise, a frozen Gardein chicken patty, a handful of chocolate chips, and 2 cups of basil, ya know?? Is anyone else with me here?? Also, does that recipe sound slightly appealing to anyone else?? Maybe fried up and topped with marinara sauce OKAAAAY???
