Here’s my Thanksgiving! Field Roast en croute, pumpkin mole tamales from Hella Vegan Eats (!!!!), Native Foods Wellington (OMG!!!), homemade Lentil Shepherd’s pie (filled with roasted root veggies!), pumpkin salsa, cranberry sauce, and ugh, I don’t know what else. I don’t want to look at food
ever again for at least an hour.
Oh, and that’s my niece making Healthy Topp — we colored it green with natural food paste stuff and she’s screaming, “We’re witches! We’re witches!!!” We’re going to eat it all on a pumpkin pie. GOODBYE AND GOODNIGHT.
