This is my plate: My own version of the unturkey (basically the gluten free chicken style seitan from gluten free vegan cooking for dummies wrapped in yuba) with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes made with tofutti cream cheese and earth balance topped with mushroom gravy, brussel aprouts cooked in apple cider (from the current issue of VegNews,) maple roasted butternut squash and stuffing made with gluten free bread, wild mushrooms, apples and tons of fresh herbs, topped with more mushroom gravy.
