It’s this Thursday. I’m gonna go because it’s awesome they’re doing it and vegans should support it etc. Woo. Just remember, don’t invest in their kickstarter fund because as an investor, you’ll have no say in what’s on the menu (that’s totally typical for investors to have no say in what they’re investing in, DUH). It’s kinda sad because they’re only at $1,100 in donations so far* and I know several vegans who wanted to invest $500 but whatever, I hope they succeed because I’m into their vegan options.

Anyway, the menu looks good so you’ll see me there on Thursday (if I choose not to sleep instead IT’S A TOSS UP), indulging in black garlic stuffed tofu, beluga lentils, arugula, and preserved lemon! And pomelo, snap pea, jicama, cranberry puree, and white chocolate. I don’t even understand what all those things are or how they work together but I’m gonna let go and let god because their shit is normally pretty bomb(-ish).

*where are all the vegan haters now? with their loads of money? $1,100? REALLY? sad. but still, GOOD LUCK! and keep the vegan nights coming!
