Hail Merry macaroons are hella cheap right now on Vegan Cuts, assuming you want a whole lot of them. A long time ago I told you how obsessed I am with these delicious confections, and like with all good celebrity relationships, time has not weakened my passion.
Here’s what you can do with the 10 bags you get for $30 (free shipping!) with this deal: Stocking stuffers for all seven dwarves, Snow White, the witch, AND the huntsman. Party favors for your softball team. Hella-easy potluck contribution. Eat them all yourself.
[Note:/ Though it might seem like we’re shilling for Vegan Cuts these days, we’re not, they’re just kicking ass with the goodies. We always let you know when we get free stuff.]

Stay Vocal coupon over at Green Deals! Pick one up today! »
Feel like spending money today on a sweet deal, supporting a vegan, green business? Of course you do! You love thrifty finds, and I have got your back on this one!
If you head on over to Green Deals, you’ll find an awesome special for one of my favorite Bay-Area-and-Massachusetts-based companies, Stay Vocal. The deal is, if you spend $10, you’ll receive a voucher for $20 worth of merchandise! I recently bought a tote from Stay Vocal that I absolutely love, and I find Alex Eaves’ mission as a Re-Use Pro very inspiring. It’s such a great company to support. Have you seen his new doggie bandanas? SO CUTE.
You gotta act fast, cause this deal ends in three days! But then the voucher doesn’t expire until November, so you’ve got time to pick out your re-used goodies!

New Groupon Clone is For Us! »

Even though the whole daily deal thing feels like the housing market circa late 2007 (a bubble well on its way to bursting), I’m still pretty psyched to let you know there’s a new one focusing just on vegetarian and vegan-friendly small businesses!
It’s called TimeToVegOut and it just started like, this week (we’re so on top of shit. It’s because I have a Google Alert on the word “vegan”).
The best thing, for New Yorkers at least: Right now they have a coupon for Stogo, which is my favorite ice cream shop in the entire world.
TimeToVegOut is launching in a bunch of cities, including SF, Chicago, and DC. For everyone else, you can also sign up for nationwide deals, which essentially means stuff you can buy online.
The site’s still working out some kinks—I had trouble registering but eventually got it to work. Anyway, this could be awesome. In the comments on the “About” page, the founder tells you how to help the site grow and get your favorite places involved.
Yum!
Also, can someone mail me some Stogo? Thanks.

Twenty percent off Lollihop Gift Subscriptions for the first 50 Vegansaurs! »

Hey guys! I’ve got another deal for you. Lollihop has decided to make their vegan boxes a regular thing! So you can get a whole year’s subscription if you want! That is good news but I have even gooder news: The first 50 people to use the coupon code VEGANSAURUS20 when they buy a Lollihop gift subscription* will get 20 percent off their order! SWEET.
You have to order by Thursday, Dec. 1 to get the Dec. 15 delivery but like I said, it’s permanent, so don’t fret if you order later. But I was like, Lollihop, how will they know if they are in the first 50? And they told me that the discount will show up before you finally check out. I didn’t want you guys buying anything without knowing the price! But you’ll see it before you finish checking out.
Remember, this discount is only for the first 50 people who order. OMG it’s like I’m turning you against each other! No, no, you’ll be OK. Godspeed. I hear vegans bite.
*Correction: The code only works for the gift subscriptions. But I guess you could gift it to yourself!

This week only: Vaute Couture shirts on sale at Vegan Cuts! »
What time is it? SHOPPING TIME. And as a thoughtful, stylish vegan consumer, you want to give presents that your friends and family will cherish forever. Or, you want to buy yourself stuff because you’re tired and it’s only Tuesday but it’s almost December, where does the time go, you deserve a present.
Vegan Cuts to the rescue! This week only, they’re selling two Vaute Couture tees for 25 percent off! One style is brand new! They are both adorable, made of sustainable, fair-trade materials, and really the biggest problem here is deciding which one you want, because you’re limited to one per person.
Maybe get your friend to buy one and you buy the other and you can share them! Or convince your relations that they should buy one of each style and give them both to you! Or, you know, buy one as a gift for someone you love, because now is the season of being less selfish.
The deal expires this weekend, so get to Vegan Cuts and buy a shirt! Only if you like deals and shirts, though. Maybe saving money and putting fabric on your body aren’t your things. That just means more awesome clothes for the rest of us.

Souley Vegan & Food Mill on Living Social! »

Photo by quarrygirl is making me HUNGRY
Oakland you are so damn lucky today!! Living Social has it made for you. Not only can you get $25 of Souley Vegan for $12, but ALSO snag $30 of groceries from The Food Mill for $15.
If you’re reading this blog and live in Oakland you best know about Souley Vegan, but maybe you haven’t heard of The Food Mill? It’s rad. It’s got the best bulk section of anywhere I’ve ever seen, even better than Berkeley Bowl or Rainbow Grocery. Maybe not Rainbow. But it’s good! It’s where I bought dried sassafras and sarsaparilla for making root beer.
Anyway, these two deals combined are almost enough to make me move back to the Bay Area. Promise me three meals at Souley Vegan and I may even come visit? EAT THIS BECAUSE I CAN’T RIGHT NOW I’M JEALOUS! Can you mail Tasty Crispies? Arg!

» Gluten-free friends, here's a deal for you!
Today Living Social is offering $50 to spend at GlutenFreely.com for $25. FYI, in case you’re running low on guar gum or whatevs. Of course buying local is best, but for the lazy among us (hand raised), this is a good deal!

Oh hell yeah, this week’s Vegan Cuts is for 40 TINY BARS OF CHOCOLATE. Let me say that again, because it’s insane: FORTY TINY BARS OF CHOCOLATE. It’s $20 including shipping, for those of you interested in details.
This is perfect for anyone throwing a party with favors (wedding? rave?), or for someone who has very few children come to their door and wants to give out the most gourmet treats ever for Halloween. Don’t let that tidbit get out on the internet though, or mobs will be trampling your petunias and shit.
I’ve had this New Tree stuff before and I rather quite like it. One time I was at an event where they were giving out samples and I went through the line like six times, because that’s how I roll.
Oh, and if you’re going to order 40 TINY BARS OF CHOCOLATE, you should probably send some to me. That is all.

Vegan Cuts: discounts for the vegan folk! »

Vegan Cuts launched today with 40 percent off a vegan skin care kit from Moxie Organix! Vegan Cuts is kind of like Groupon but just for vegan stuff. And I know you vegans are some poor mofos! Every good vegan loves a deal, and every girl band deserves funding. Two Universal Truths.
From the company:
Vegan Cuts makes it easy and fun for their members to discover new vegan companies and shop vegan. Member receive weekly emails featuring exclusive deals from vegan companies. Most deals will be open to people living in the U.S., but some will also be extended to Canada or online shoppers.
Vegan Cuts is run by a vegan couple, John and Jill, who want to see more people shopping with vegan ethics. They feel a commitment to buying vegan food is a great start, but know people can also make a positive difference by choosing vegan options when purchasing clothing, shoes, accessories, body care products and everyday household items. This is why Vegan Cuts will feature a range of vegan products and encourage members to shop vegan by promoting opportunities to save money while eschewing animal cruelty.
Vegan Cuts has a referral campaign that encourages new members to sign up and share a referral link with their friends on Facebook and Twitter. The three people who refer the most new members by Apr. 24, 2011 will be eligible to win a gift certificate from Susan Nichole Handbags, a Texas Treat Tower from Nacho Mom’s Vegan Queso and a Coconut Bliss prize pack. For more on the Vegan Cuts referral campaign, read the Vegan Cuts blog post: Refer Friends & Win Awesome Prizes.
Sounds like a good opportunity to BUY BUY BUY while supporting vegan companies. I’m pretty excited! I hope they get SHOES. Maybe they will expand and be a barbershop/coupon website. Because that logo could totally work for a vegan barbershop. Am I right? Or maybe like a vegan plastic surgeon.
You can follow them on Facebook and Twitter if you want to get modern about it. And I know you vegans are some modern mofos!
