Happy Thanksgiving from Pennie Mills of Vegan Aesthetics and The Compassionate Blend! Her plate is covered with, clockwise from top right, vegan holiday roast with gravy, cran-pear sauce, baby brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and roasted garlic rice vinegar, sweet potato casserole, and herb dressing. Pennie tweaked Ellen’s chef Roberto’s recipe for the roast, and got the Sexy Vegan Stuffing and last-minute gravy help from VegWeb! Happy Thanksgiving, Pennie!
