Happy Thanksgiving from Tamara of Vegan in the Ville! She filled her plate with Celebration Roast, vegan corn casserole, FriChik, chick’n and rice casserole, potato salad, deep-fried Cajun-style vegan shrimp, and a roll. Tamara and her husband have recently moved to Bakersfield from Hunstville, Alabama, and if this is a Southern-style vegan Thanksgiving we are mighty impressed. And hungry all over again, oh man.
