Omg casserole, can you stop being so cute for a minute! This is a sweet potato casserole hash from Beard and Bonnet and it looks positively yummy. Do you guys have your holiday menus planned? Let’s just cut everything into shapes. I mean like deliberate shapes, I know technically everything is already a shape. Stop confusing me, you know what I mean.

It’s a vegan asparagus casserole from Vegalicious! It looks really good and also kinda gross (in a good way), which Megan Rascal points out is kinda how casseroles are. Girl, preach! We both think it could be improved by the addition of crushed Corn Flakes on top, or perhaps Tater Tots? Or some of those fried onions from a can? When I eat a casserole, I just basically want to eat a big pile of starch, cream, and fry. LADIES AM I RIGHT??
