Tuscan chickpea frittata! Totes vegan! I made one of these before with Lucini Cinque e’ Cinque mix but this time I just bought Bob’s Red Mill garbanzo bean flour and followed this recipe on My Recession Kitchen. It’s so simple and easy! Except DON’T spill a bunch of the batter on the bottom of your oven because that is so dumb, silly goose!
I added sautéed onions and garlic and steamed broccoli before cooking and wham bam! It was delicious!
