Carob crepes with coconut cream from Vegan Culinary Crusade. Saw these on Finding Vegan and while I don’t understand them, boy are they pretty! Let’s just only eat pretty food all day. Or is that offensive? I don’t know, vegan panel, you tell me! You guys always know what’s offensive. But these sure are pretty!
