Yet more vegan Easter goodies! Add this adorable peanut butter mousse filled floppy eared bunny from Lagusta’s to the list!
This bun is cute! I’m also pretty interested in this matzo toffee. I’ve never heard of such a thing! Can people eat this during passover? I love matzo like so much. I used to trade my food for matzo at lunch when I was little. I guess that’s kind of bad in retrospect? Oops!

How to break a matzo in half and then make a Nutella sandwich. Genius. And instead of Nutella, use the tastier, more vegan version of chocolate hazelnut butter by Justin’s Nut Butter. YOUR READ RIGHT, JUSTIN’S NUT BUTTER. Oh you’re laughing? Well so is Justin, all the way to the mickey fickey bank because his nut butter is delish.
