Tuscan chickpea frittata! Totes vegan! I made one of these before with Lucini Cinque e’ Cinque mix but this time I just bought Bob’s Red Mill garbanzo bean flour and followed this recipe on My Recession Kitchen. It’s so simple and easy! Except DON’T spill a bunch of the batter on the bottom of your oven because that is so dumb, silly goose!
I added sautéed onions and garlic and steamed broccoli before cooking and wham bam! It was delicious!

Yeasted meringue coffee cake—I don’t know what that means but it LOOKS GOOD! Finding Vegan had a nice breakfast food roundup today and when I saw this coffee cake from My Recession Kitchen, I ‘bout died. Actually, I am dead. In lieu of flowers, please send coffee cake. And strapping young available men.
