Happy Thanksgiving from reader Hortencia and her “little vegan family with a toddler in Oakland.” She says her husband made this very distinguished Tofurky with sweet potatoes, beets, carrots and onions, and her husband’s mother made all the side dishes vegan, and two vegan peach pies.
