Let’s get crunk this week, you guys. Seriously! Starting today, Cookin’ Crunk author Bianca Phillips is teaming up with both Vegan Mainstream and Book Publishing Company to launch a seven day “Keep On Crunkin” challenge, as a social media campaign for her cookbook! Each day Bianca will share tips and recipes on her blog, Vegan Crunk. The posts will then offer a social media option that you can take to Twitter, Facebook or Pinterest, with a chance to win some awesome prizes, including cookbooks and Cookin’ Crunk aprons! According to Vegan Mainstream, if you’re on twitter, use the hashtag #KeepOnCrunkin to join the conversation at anytime. Being a huge fan of pretty much anything Bianca does, I’m pretty excited to check out what this week-long challenge is all about!

We’ve got an insanely delicious Pinterest board that’s teeming with a ridiculous amount of perfect-for-fall vegan recipes! There are breakfasts, lunches, breads, drinks, and desserts galore. If you don’t attempt to eat your computer screen, there’s something wrong with you and you should check yourself into the nearest psych ward immediately.
Have you been to the Pinterest Vegan Shoe Community Board lately? There are some damn cute shoes on there! I’m not sure I’d count these rainbow wedges among them, but you gotta give it up for the insanity. They’re like what Rainbow Brite would wear if she really wanted to get laid. Like, professionally. As a working girl. DO YOU GET WHAT I’M SAYING? But really, I’d pair these with a leopard-print mini and zebra-print crop top and just be like: HELLO, BOYS.
